We first took our boat to YBY in 2011, when no other boat yard could diagnose what was causing our engine to stall. Right from my first visit to YBY, I could tell they were different from any other boat shop we had visited. They were sincere about wanting to help us solve the issue with our boat and, most importantly, making sure we were satisfied.6 years later, we're still extremely satisfied with the work they have done and continue to do to keep our boat running. First of all dealing with Will was a pleasure. He did everything he said he would do and in the time he said he would. This past August I asked Will to sell the small Bow rider that I owned. He came up with a price, I agreed to it, and in three days the boat was sold. I am very fortunate living so close to Yarmouth Boat Yard and being able to bring my boat in for service, or have your service people do house calls when needed at my home in Harpswell.All the staff that I dealt with this past year were great. I've had a great service and parts experience at YBY! It's been a journey since my 99 Searay sunk on a dock elsewhere. We pulled the engine to rebuild but discovered it wasn't really worth it. Not having the cash to spring for a new motor the boat sat covered up all summer last year. As my storage bills climbed I wondered if we would ever enjoy the boat again. In the middle of winter checking in with the yard we regrouped for the search for a new motor. Last week Dana the shop manager in the middle of the busiest time of year found me a used motor worthy of investment. An older boat that had been repowered came available in the yard. YBY knew who to call and today I closed the deal on our second boat at YBY. The team quickly assembled to plan the swap and get us enjoying the bay again! I know with all confidence the service team will do it right. But my value is that my marina in a time they can easily demand all the money and choose the work took the time to consider my needs and budget and helped me find the solution for my family to get boating! Thanks YBY!

"Hey Steve,I just wanted to let you know that I think that youve built a truly awesome team at YBY. I had a great buying experience with you and Capt. Jack of course. But the equally awesome has been the service team. Ben was great in helping me learn the boat. And over the weekend I was caught without an engine on the water. Jack responded to my call and got Shawn involved. Shawn and I worked through it for nearly two hours on the phone until we had deduced the problem (a faulty fuel line connection to the starboard engine supply line). But then, way above and beyond the call of duty, Shawn drove his two kids down yesterday and fixed the issue, cleaned up the gas in the bilge and braved the traffic back to his place (which Im sure was awful).People just dont do that unless they are part of a great team that truly believes in doing right by the client and standing behind their product. You guys do all of it. As someone else whos built a business, you should be incredibly proud of your team and I for one am very glad to be your client.With kindest regards,

We just boat a 2017 24' Cutwater from Yarmouth Boat Yard. The selling broker, Andrew de Wolf was awesome! From first contact, he was a clear and concise communicator. We had many questions throughout the process and his response time was less than minutes. He was patient and never made us feel as though we were annoying him. We had an A+ experience!
